Carroll strongly believes that the right planning can change peoples’ lives, and he finds joy in helping people come up with plans that are right for them. For 33 years he has stayed on top of changing tax laws and other regulations while taking a 360-degree, holistic view of his clients’ individual financial situations.


Logan, a Registered Investment Advisor, graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa in 2014 and spent three years in business management before joining his parents at Ramer Retirement Resources.
